To be successful in this position you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree and at least seven years’ relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Specialized expertise in employee talent development solutions.
- Strong expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and leadership development.
- Strong planner, program designer and project manager.
- Experience with learning technologies, AI-enabled learning tools, and digital platforms (e.g., Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, Cornerstone, etc.)
- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to measure and demonstrate learning impact through data and analytics.
- Ability to thrive in an adaptive, collaborative, and evolving environment.
- Demonstrated presentation and group facilitation skills with strong communication skills
- Ability to solve complex issues and visualize complicated topics/data into clear and concise recommendations.
- Demonstrated proficiency with utilizing technology and systems to deliver insights and produce content.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy of an academic environment.
In addition, preferred requirements include:
- ATD and/or SHRM certification preferred
- Experience building end-to-end employee facing talent and learning development programs
- Deep understanding of full Staff Development life cycle (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation and sustainment.)
The expected pay range for this position is $145,456 to $172,223 per year. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage the university reasonably expects to pay for a position upon hire. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs. At Stanford University, base pay represents only one aspect of the comprehensive rewards package.
