To be successful in this position, you will
bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience, or
combination of education and relevant experience which may include financial
aid, higher education, and/or financial management .
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to review and
analyze complex information.
- Demonstrated
ability to process and reconcile complex financial transactions.
- Ability
to ensure and apply compliance with legal, financial, and University
policies and external regulations.
- Advanced computer skills/relevant technology experience,
including experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft is a
plus.
- Understanding of underlying technological needs and
requirements.
- Advanced communication skills to clearly and effectively
communicate information to internal and external audiences, client groups,
and all levels of management.
- Demonstrated
ability to work collaboratively.
In addition, our preferred requirements
include:
- Advanced degree in a
related field.
- Experience in financial
aid, higher education, and/or financial management
- Ability to work evenings
or weekends occasionally.
