MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent
- Candidate must have experience of rugby coaching and/or administrative experience at collegiate and/or elite level
- Minimum of USA Rugby Level 200 Coaching certificate or equivalent
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with student-athletes, peers and the general public.
- Computer literacy with common office applications such as MS Office and Google suites.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with a variety of staff and personnel in the Department of Athletics, the University and the community. Demonstrated ability with alumni relations, special events and fund-raising preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*
- Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
